Checking In and Checking Out:

Check in time: 3pm

Check out time: 10am

We provide self check in, we will inform your check-in procedure on the day of arrival.

Deposits & Prepayments:

Low Season - No deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment of the reservation will be charged upon checking in.

Mid Season (school holidays) – A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount will be charged upon checking in.

Peak Season (end of year school holidays and Easter) – A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining amount will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival from your nominated credit card unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payments: Full payment due on check-in. By making the booking, guests authorize the resort to use the provided credit card for payment.

All additional guests must be registered.

No refund for early departures.

Key lockboxes are provided for each apartment, a unique code will be sent on the day of arrival to gain access.

All apartments are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is allowed at the BBQ area behind the resort ONLY. 

Parking is available for one car only in the designated carpark. Any additional vehicles are to be parked on the street outside the resort.

Please report any damages or breakages immediately, charges may apply (Subject to discretion of management).

No Alcohol, glass or crockery is to be brought to the pool area, all apartments are supplied with plasticware.

All guests and visitors must comply with Peregian Court Resort body corporate by-laws.

In consideration of other guests, outdoor noise must cease by 9pm and indoors by 10pm.

Please maintain driveway speed at 10km or less

Please dispose of all rubbish in the dedicated bins at the front of the resort.

Understand that the Body Corporate, Managers & Unit Owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or destruction to any personal property/motor vehicle brought upon these premises by a guest or invitee.

All guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to keys, and additional charges may apply.

Additional cleaning charges may apply (subject to management discretion) if apartment is not left in a reasonable manner.

Peregian Court Resort or it's subsidiary Hammer & Sons Pty Ltd is not liable for any injuries caused by use of hire equipment and I acknowledge liability for any damage to the hired equipment.

Peregian Court Resort has a no party policy - No Schoolies.

Identification & Security:

Please provide a photo ID and your credit card during online check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimize the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation. You may be asked to provide a credit card “pre-authorization” as a security deposit on arrival which will then may be used to cover any incidental items, breakages or damage incurred during your stay.

Services Provided:

We provide housekeeping and linen service for guests staying 7 nights or more, during which a mid-service clean will occur on or around the middle of your stay.

NOTE: If extra servicing is required additional charges apply.
